CloveSMP MOTD
A cozy Java and Bedrock survival community with land claims, keep inventory, player shops, fishing contests and ranks earned through play.
CloveSMP is a cozy survival server for Java and Bedrock players. Join with friends or on your own, get to know the community and build at your own pace. The focus is on ordinary survival: making a home, working on a build and having people to play with.
Land claims and keep inventory
Protect your builds with land claims. Use /lands to set up an area for your home or a shared project, and choose who you want to give access to. Claims let you work on a build without leaving it open to other players. You also keep your inventory when you die, so a fall or a difficult fight does not mean losing the equipment you brought with you.
Shops and things to work towards
Trade through player shops and take part in the server economy, which uses Petals. You can spend time building a shop, finding things to sell or buying materials for your next project. Fishing contests give you another activity to join alongside building and exploring.
Ranks are earned through play, starting with Seedling and progressing through Sprout, Sapling, Bloom, Grove and Evergreen. They give regular players something to work towards while they spend time on the server. You do not need to buy a rank to join or play.
Java and Bedrock together
Java and Bedrock players share the same server. Use the connection details below for your edition; Bedrock players need to enter the port separately. Optional proximity voice chat is available for Java players. Voice chat is an extra way to talk while playing, and you can still take part using normal text chat.
Community and rules
Clove is for players who want to build and play survival around other people. Bring a friend, work on a shared base or take on a project of your own. Read the server rules before playing and respect other players and their builds. The website has the rules, and Discord is the place to ask questions about joining or the server's features.
