Minelist does not store a dedicated “PvP on/off” switch for Perennial SMP. For a Survival listing, fighting is often limited to arenas or claim wars.

Check the description for where PvP is allowed so you do not lose gear by accident.

Our last successful ping for Perennial SMP reported version Paper 26.2. That string comes from the live server, so it is the most reliable clue when Multiplayer says “outdated client” or “outdated server”.

The owner also listed these supported clients: 1-21. Multi-version networks (ViaVersion / protocol support) can accept a range such as 1.20–1.21 even when the ping string shows one build.

If you still cannot connect, verify you pasted the correct IP (65.110.45.125:25575), that your Minecraft version matches Paper 26.2, and that you are using Java vs Bedrock correctly. Temporary restarts can also make a “online” listing refuse connections for a few minutes.
