If you still cannot connect, verify you pasted the correct IP (theminoers.my.pebble.host:25575), that your Minecraft version matches 1.20.1, and that you are using Java vs Bedrock correctly. Temporary restarts can also make a “online” listing refuse connections for a few minutes.
